AC415V-2500kW 3 Phase Load Bank With Blue Colour And High Performance

Product description

(1) According to the special requirements of users on site, in the agreement the technical standards of AC415V-2500kvA Resistive Inductive Load Bank (hereinafter referred to as "system") and its accessories are proposed including their function, performance, usage, structure, installation and test to provide users with a high efficient and reliable choice, in order to meet the need for generator load test.

(2) The system consists of 1 sets of 2500KVA Load Bank, The resistive power is 2000kW, the inductive power is 1500KVAR. The system is made up of two parts of measurement & control and load, mainly including the medium voltage dry type AC load bank, automatic data acquisition system, automatically loading and unloading control system, the cooling device, auxiliary control, remote control box and PC software and so on.

Product Advantage

Short Circuit Protection and Over Current Protection: when short circuit, fuses in the load bank can insure to unload automatically.

Overheating Protection: temperature is over the safe threshold value, system unload automatically and give an alarm.

Smoke Fog Protection: If there is smoke fog in the container, system cut off load automatically and give an alarm.

Overload protection with fan: when any fan cannot normally work, the load bank can unload automatically and give an alarm.

Emergency Stop: manually press the Emergency Stop switch on the panel, then load bank is in locked state, and cannot do any operation.

Protection Switch: some protection with switch, when misinformation or in special need, user can close the corresponding protection function temporarily.

Safety Monitor: through indicator lights on main interface, user can monitor system state. When system abnormally stop and protect, software interface prompt the cause immediately.
