H-type silicon carbide rod
The H-type silicon heating element is made by taking two carefully matched SiC rods and welding a thick silicon carbide bridge. This component is used to wire the two ends from one side of the furnace. The tail end of the cold end is metalized with aluminum, which provides a low resistance contact surface for the aluminum connecting strip and fixture.
The H-type silicon heating element is composed of two ED silicon heating elements that share a cold end, so it can be connected through the power cord at one end of the furnace. The surface temperature of the heating part is 1500 ℃. Mainly used for kilns with high furnace temperature and high temperature uniformity. Its characteristics are energy-saving and long service life.
