U type Mosi2 Heating elemet
1. Silicon molybdenum rods have high brittleness at room temperature and plasticity at high temperatures, so the installation method of U-shaped rods is vertical suspension installation. The purpose of this installation is to avoid applying mechanical stress to the heating end of the component, otherwise it may cause component breakage. If horizontal installation is required, please use high-temperature refractory materials to support and place the silicon molybdenum rod horizontally.
2. To avoid local overheating, the conical part at the bottom of the component must extend into the furnace.
3. To avoid stress transmission to the component, the length of the wire should be slightly greater than the straight-line distance between the component and the busbar.
4. The screws on the clamp of the silicon molybdenum rod cannot be tightened too tightly at once. When the component reaches high temperature, tighten it again because the component has a certain plasticity and is not easy to break at this time.
5. The temperature of the general chuck should not exceed 200 ℃. The contact voltage between the clamp wire and the component should be less than 0.1V.
6. To avoid the transfer of radiant heat to the chuck, the distance between the lower end of the chuck and the top of the plug brick should not be less than 50mm.
7. To avoid damage, components with a diameter of Φ 6/12mm cannot use a current of 170A for a long time, and components with a diameter of Φ 9/18mm cannot use a current of 300A for a long time.
