Application of Silicon Carbide Heater
It can be widely used in sintering and heating elements for ceramics, magnets, glass, metallurgy, refractory materials, etc.
There are two different types of three-phase components: SGC (dumbbell type) and SGD (standard type).
These elements are self bonded silicon carbide formed by recrystallization of silicon carbide at high temperatures. It consists of three high-purity silicon carbide rods, with one end connected by a silicon carbide crossbar. SGC components are designed for vertical installation in standard float glass baths, while SGD components are designed for horizontal installation. They can be directly connected to a three-phase power supply and are a single-sided terminal type that allows terminals to be extracted from the furnace top.
