1. Silicon carbon rod clamp fixing clamp connection belt, the connection wire of the contact element is made of aluminum braided belt or multi-layer aluminum foil. The outer clamp only plays a clamping role and is not used for conduction. The end of the wire is connected to the busbar. In order to avoid stress transmission to the element, the length of the wire should be slightly greater than the straight-line distance between the element and the busbar.
2. When the furnace starts to be powered on, the voltage should be gradually and slowly increased. It should not be fully loaded at one time, otherwise the component will be damaged due to excessive impact current.
3. Connection method of heating element: The connection belt should be installed with aluminum foil belt at the part where the metal aluminum is coated at the cold end to connect with the power supply. All kinds of connection belts are folded from multi-layer aluminum foil belts.
It is fastened to the cold end of the electric heating element with the help of two steel sheets with screws, and the part of the aluminum foil belt connected to the busbar is tightened with a special aluminum rolling head. Mechanical stress must not be transmitted to the heating element through the aluminum foil belt, so the length of the connection belt must be longer than the straight-line distance between the end of the heating element and the busbar. The length should leave a margin of more than 25mm.
4. The aluminum foil strip should be carefully adjusted before tightening. When tightening the screws at the end of the heating element, the force should be natural and there should be no bending force to avoid external stress affecting the natural state of the heating element. The connection of the heating element is first fixed on the busbar, and then the heating elements are connected to each other one by one.
