How to make your brand display rack?

Hicon has a factory of custom displays for more than 20 years, we can help you make metal, wood, cardboard, acrylic, PVC displays to meet your different retail display needs. Below is the common process to make your brand logo display stands.

Firstly of all, we need to know your display needs. What kind of display do you need, what material do you prefer, what color do you like, where to add your brand logo, etc?

If you need an exact price, you also need to tell us how many you need, and what price terms you prefer.

The second part is design and making drawings. We provide rough drawings and 3D drawings after you confirm all the specifications.

Thirdly, we will make a sample for you when you confirm the design. A sample is handcrafted, so the cost is much higher than the unit price, normally, it is 3-5 times of the unit price. And a sample will be finished around 7 days after engineering. We will measure the size, check the finishing, and test the function when a sample is made.

After the sample is approved, we will arrange the production according to your needs. Quality will be controlled like the sample in the production process.

Safety packing and delivery. We know how important safety packing is, so we will protect the display very well with foam and cartons. If necessary, we will use wood boxes and pallets.
