Burgeon telescopic seating is the latest step in the development of quiet, smooth running of retractable seating System. It is strong its design. Every parts including our slant frame engineering geometry has been designed to enhance the system’s operation strength and stability. Besides, Burgeon telescopic seating can be customized according to your project.


Platform Type
1) Wall Attached Unit
The Wall Attached Seating Systems are supplied in 3 to 30 tier banks, are extremely adaptable, and efficiently recover floor space, allowing you to easily get the most out of your facility at all times. The telescopic seating systems are permanently fixed to the floor and / or wall through floor attachments and/ or wall attachments.

2) Recessed unit
This system utilize a pocket in the wall to house the bleacher when closed. The ends may or may not be exposed and the bleacher is hidden from view typically under a balcony or niche. Recessed bleacher are outfitted with upper and lower tracking guides, removable end rails, and can accomodate custom transition step to the balcony when require.

3) Freestanding Unit
For some buildings, there are permanent large columns or week loading rear wall, the freestanding units is the ideal solution.

4) Telescopic seating platfrom type can be customized based on your project.


Opreation Way
1) Manual Operation
Operating Handles: Provide and install manual operating handles constructed of 19mm OD steel tubing. Handles to engage pull-bar installed at the first tier.

2)Power Operation
A. Integrated Power: Furnish and install an integral automatic electro-mechanical powered frame propulsion system, to open and close telescopic seating.
B. Limit Switches: Furnish and install both open and closed limit switches for the integral power system.
C. Motion Monitor: Provide flashing light with self-contained warning horn mounted to the telescopic seating for audio and visual warning during integral power operation.
D. Electrical: Provide all wiring within seating bank including remote control device.
E. Electrical Switchboard and Enclosure: Provide a complete switchboard and enclosure with each seating bank.
