System introduction:

1. Pretreatment system:

Tap water is feeding water, pass through 4 stages of pretreatment filters (mutimedia filter + activated carbon filtration + softening + precision filtration); double-stage reverse osmosis RO membrane unit, EDI unit, UV disinfection, water production 0.25m3/h, total hardness: <0.02mmol/L (calcium oxide)

2. Reverse osmosis Unit:

1st reverse osmosis device: recovery rate ≥ 65%;

2nd reverse osmosis device: recovery rate ≥ 75%;

purified water conductivity ≤5μs/cm@25℃ (in line with China's GB6682-2008 laboratory water standard of class 3 water).

3. EDI unit:

The EDI module of the original imported brand is adopted. The water output of this unit is 0.25 m3/h; the specific resistance is ≥10MΩ.cm@25℃. (Compliant with China's GB6682-2008 laboratory water standard for first-class water).

4.Water storage system:

volume 250L, material is sanitary grade SUS316L water tank, The tank is equipped with automatic detection of water level for replenishment, and control of the automatic start and stop of the transfer pump.
