5 Stage Filtration Setup Before RO Membrane For Pre-treatment
Quartz sand tank with filter: The quartz sand filter can effectively remove impurities such as sand, rust, colloidal residue, moss, suspended solids, etc. in the water. Reduce the turbidity of raw water. Achieve the primary filtering effect. Active carbon tank with filter: This step in order to adsorb organic matter and residual chlorine in the water, and can also remove colloidal slag, iron oxides, suspended matter, reduce chromaticity and turbidity, and ensure the normal operation of the downstream system.
Softening resin filter (Optional): The softening system works by using ion exchange technology to remove calcium, magnesium, and other scaled ions from the water in order to soften it. The system is comprised of a resin tank (containing softening resin), asalt tank, and a controller.
System of security filtration (precise filtration): It is the last protective device to enter the reverse osmosis membrane and is located before the membrane. The goal is to keep big particles in the water from entering the membrane and damaging it, as well as to keep the membrane system running normally. The filter housing is composed of SUS304 material, and it contains a 5 micron melt blown filter element. Under typical operating circumstances, the filter element should be replaced every 3 months. When the system
indicates that the incoming water pressure is low (less than 0.1Mpa), the filter element should be changed as well.
RO Membrane: Customized membrane and membrane housing dimensions, according to the requirements of inflow water quality and water output. Setup 4040 and 8040 membranes. RO reverse osmosis membrane can further remove most of the salt in the water such as microorganisms, nitrite, nitrate, and pesticides.
