High-Performance SMP Series Male Connector: 4-Hole Flange Mount with Microstrip RF Plug for Optimal Signal Transmission
Introducing the SMP Series Male Connector: 4-Hole Flange Mount with Microstrip RF Plug, designed for optimal signal transmission. This miniature push-on RF coaxial connector adapter boasts a compact size, lightweight construction, and excellent seismic performance. It operates over a wide bandwidth, with an operating frequency range of up to 30GHz (our high-performance SMP connector can even reach 40GHz).
The plug is available in three interface forms: full detent, limited detent, and smooth bore (including catcher mitt). These various interface options cater to the required axial or radial movement for blind mating in broadband couplers. Ideal for installations that demand high reliability and modular intensiveness.
The SMP-style push-on connector interface features an inner female-to-female component known as a bullet or blindmate, along with two outer panel, circuit, or cable-mounted receptacles called shrouds. This system eliminates the need for threads, making it easy to connect without the use of tiny wrenches. One of its standout features is its ability to accommodate minor radial misalignment during mating, which would be unacceptable with threaded connectors.
Features:
High frequency and bandwidth: SMP connectors are suitable for high-speed data transmission and communication applications, featuring high frequency and bandwidth capabilities.
Miniaturized design: SMP connectors have a compact size due to their miniaturized design, making them suitable for use in environments with limited space.
Strong reliability: SMP connectors employ reliable connection methods to ensure stable and reliable signal transmission, reducing the impact of plugging and unplugging on the connector.
Excellent shielding performance: SMP connectors typically have metal housings or shielding structures that effectively suppress electromagnetic interference, enhancing signal quality.
Multiple channel options: SMP connectors offer various channel options to meet different signal transmission requirements.
High durability: SMP connectors are typically made of durable materials, ensuring good durability and long lifespan.
Convenient and easy to use: SMP connectors commonly employ push-pull or straight insertion connection methods, providing easy plugging and unplugging, as well as simple operation.
