They are applicable for test & measurement applications up to 40GHz, allow these high-quality connectors to meet the highest levels of reliability and repeatability performance. 2.92 connectors are intermateable with most 2.92, 3.5, SMA, as well as K connectors.

From the series of RF connectors, the 2.92mm K connectors are the part of a very wide range of radio frequency connect sections.
2.92mm connectors are male and female in genders, the male pin is shorter than that of 3.5mm to ensure that the external contacts of the male and female connectors involve before the pin and female receptacle do. RF connector 2.92mm covers the frequency range from 18GHz to 40GHz.
