TNC Series Female 4-hole Flange RF Coaxial Connector with Micro-strip
The TNC connector, also known as the Bayonet Neill–Concelman connector, is a miniature quick-connect/disconnect RF connector designed for coaxial cable use. It features two bayonet lugs on the female connector, allowing for mating with just a quarter turn of the coupling nut. TNC connectors are ideally suited for terminating miniature to subminiature coaxial cables (e.g., RG-58, RG-59 up to RG-179, RG-316). They are commonly used in radio, television, and other RF electronic equipment, test instruments, video signals, and were once popular for 10BASE2 computer networks. TNC connectors are available in both 50-ohm and 75-ohm impedance versions to match the characteristic impedance of the cable. They perform well in lower microwave frequency applications, including monitors, LAN, telecommunication devices, and test equipment. The bayonet structure allows for rapid engagement and disengagement and is interchangeable with international same-type connectors. This design makes them suitable for connecting coaxial cables in various radio equipment and instruments.

Features:
1. Good high-frequency performance: it can work in a higher frequency range to meet the requirements of modern communication technology for high-speed data transmission, and its working frequency band usually covers a range from a few GHz to dozens of GHz, which is suitable for high-frequency signal transmission such as microwave and millimeter-wave.
2. Low loss: the conductor loss and dielectric loss of microstrip line are relatively low, which makes the energy loss of the signal in the transmission process small, ensures the signal quality and transmission efficiency, and improves the overall performance of the system.
Application:
1. Experimental equipment connection: In the laboratories of scientific research institutions and universities, TNC connectors are used to connect various experimental equipment, such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, etc., to support the transmission and measurement of high-frequency signals and meet the needs of researchers to conduct a variety of experimental research.
2. Teaching equipment connection: In the teaching of electronic information and other related majors, TNC connectors can be used to connect teaching experimental equipment, such as communication principle experiment box, electronic circuit experiment box, etc., to help students better understand and master related knowledge and skills.
