Product Description:

The JVVMEG-HCD75-MP-RFM is a specialized equipment used in the repacking process of radioactive drugs. It is equipped with an air cleaning system of negative pressure exhaust air to ensure safety during operation.

The heating chamber is divided into three parts. The control area is located in the upper part, and is equipped with an air cleaning unit and high efficiency air filtration unit. The working area is in the middle, with lead glass windows and two handling hand holes to enter the working area. The auxiliary area is located in the lower part, equipped with a shielding well of the activity meter and ionization chamber, and a radioactive material delivery device. This design fully meets the use function of radioactive medicine in the repacking process.

Main Technical Parameters
  • The working area is configured with a vertical laminar negative pressure ventilation system made of integrated SS314 profile material. The cleanliness grade is Class A, with a laminar wind speed of 0.35-0.56m/s and demand air volume of 500m3/h.
  • The air supply model is vertical laminar flow, and the sealing way is air inflating. The exhaust air filtration is fully efficient HEPA99.995% @0.5um (H14) and radioactive gas filter adsorption.
  • The lead shielding conforms to ICRP radiation environmental safety standards. The front side is 75mmPB, the left/right side is 70mmPB, and the target line shielding is 60mmPB.
Ergonomically designed operation control panel

The control panel is designed with the operator in mind, providing easy control and observation of all functions. The human-machine interaction interface controls and feeds back all information, and there are visible lead glass windows measuring 320mm(w)*220mm(h). The dose monitoring display is integrated in the human-machine interaction interface.
