It is for the management of fattening sheep in the group environment.It can be automatically sorted according to the animal's weight.The system is highly automated, and the mechanical action is controlled by pneumatic device,PLC,PC. Data collection, upload, analysis are automatically completed by PLC and PC, without human intervention

Features

1. Manage 0-500 quantity fattening animals,If only the sheep weigh, the single weighing speed is 2 to 3 seconds / psc

2. Separate fence door speed 3-5seconds /

3. Three grades fence door : A B C

4. weight range :0-200kg,High weight dynamic accuracy,Precision 1‰,The true weight of the sheep is collected within three seconds.

5. Long-distance ear tag recognition, recognition accuracy of 100%, working distance 0 to 500mm, ear tag is not easy off .

6. Display controller,Display weight ,Recording ear tag,Adjusting the working parameters.

7. The Control section includes:Data acquisition terminals+Secondary analysis instrument+PLC+pC

The composition of the device

Mechanical part:

1. Electronic scale : Weight sensor
2. Import door: Closed when the animal enters
3. Exit door: When the weighing is complete, place the animal under the scale
4. Standing platform :weight platform
5. A Fence door : Open this door when it is below xx kg weight
6. B fence door: : Open this door when it is higher xx kg weight
7. C fence door :Open this door when the weight is between A and B
8. Exorcising device:After the animals are weighed, the sheep can be driven away to increase the weighing speed.

• Electronic control part:

• 1. Ear tags Reader: readering the ear tags number , upload to PLC, Blue light on after successful reading

• 2. RFID ear tags : For animals identifications and unique number ,Low Frequency : 134.2khz,not easy off , put in animals right ear .

  3. Electric cabinet: Core control unit: weight system, Touch screen,PLC,Wireless data transmission module

• Work process introduction

Operating mode:

1. Training mode: Training sheep, familiarize themselves with equipment, and reduce hazards.Set this mode with one click on the touch screen, all doors are open and the sheep can only pass directly through the device.

2. Weight mode :Weighing sheep, reading ear tags, distributing groups according to the set weight, data upload computer.

Start→Import door opened→A door and C door is closed, B door is open,→sheep passage →close the import door →Measuring weight →reading ear tags→Grouping based on the set weight →Open the corresponding fence door→open the exit door→Judge the sheep to leave.→Reset the door→upload dates→End
