Customized Semi-Automatic Anechoic Chamber Audio Isolation Wifi Pneumatic Rf Shield Box

Manual of shield box is always used to test devices in both product research & development and production efficiency enhancement without limitations. With Frequency Range of 0.8-6GHz and Isolation of >70dB, Osprey has developed different shielding enclosures with different dimensions and shape.

This rf test box shall test two DUT at the same time to enhance production efficiency and able to eliminate any leakage along the perimeter of the RF enclosure. This makes test box condusive to testing all wireless technologies including: 5G/LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, ZigBee, WiMAX, etc. Each shielded enclosure is machined from a single piece of aluminum to ensure fit and function. The clam shell design provides ample space for easy access to the DUT. The spacious interior makes it possible to test multiple DUTs inside one single rf test box.

Rf Shielded Enclosure Function
* This EMI/RFI-shielded box has up to 70 dB reduction of RF signals up to 5 GHz. This makes the shielded box ideal for testing cellular handsets, RFID, Bluetooth, Zigbee, WiMax, WLAN or similar wireless devices.
* The box can be constructed in any size required.
* The box is well suited for the cases where the current state of an electronic device needs to be frozen by blocking all wireless contact with the outside world
* Many other shielded conduits are available on request. They may optionally also be added later.
