0.8-8ghz Precision Custom Oem Mobile Audio Emi Wifi 5g Gsm Phone Testing Manual Shield Box

To avoid expensive measurements in EMC chambers, we have developed different pneumatic shielding boxes or manual RF Test Enclosures. It allows engineers to create an affordable automated end-to-end test environment with each UE shielded individually. It enables the user to perform wireless network tests in the development, production, and/or quality assurance environment.

Honeycomb Vents and Exhaust Fans are utilized to provide ventilation in an RF Shielded Box without degrading RF Shielding Effectiveness. For handheld wireless devices such as pagers & cellular phones. This manual shield box's unique features of small size, ease of use and safety make them ideal enclosures for troubleshooting and Quality Assurance testing. Long life door gasket material along with double edge engagement not only provides solid RF shielding but smooth trouble-free operation over its lifespan.

Shielded boxes can be extended with different types of filters. All available types of filters can be found below.

Rf Test shield box Application

1) 2.4GHz and 5 GHz wireless LAN products: signal block or isolating for the wireless modem, wireless router, wireless LAN card, wireless charger, wireless earphone, wireless headset, PCB test
2) GPS products: cellular phones as W-CDMA of 3G, PDC and GSM; the mobile phone with GPS function, RC drone;
3 )Smart products: signal block or isolating for smart led, smartwatch, smart security, smart robot, smart lock, smart ring, smart bracelets), TV BOX(set-top box) 4)Measure products: water measure, electricity measure, temperature measurements, etc)

Rf Shielded Enclosure Function
* This EMI/RFI-shielded box has up to 70 dB reduction of RF signals up to 5 GHz. This makes the shielded box ideal for testing cellular handsets, RFID, Bluetooth, Zigbee, WiMax, WLAN or similar wireless devices.
* The box can be constructed in any size required.
* The box is well suited for the cases where the current state of an electronic device needs to be frozen by blocking all wireless contact with the outside world
* Many other shielded conduits are available on request. They may optionally also be added later.

The Pneumatic auto shield box filter interface is suitable for wireless terminal testing such as routers, set-top boxes, drones,wireless headsets, wireless water meters, mobile phones, etc. It has the following characteristics: Aluminum alloy material,sturdy and durable, excellent shielding performance; Modular design, more humane characteristics, users can choose different interface combinations according to their needs
