A: The LED display screen is the big size precision equipment. To operate in security and stability, the AV 220V power supply input port of the LED display screen or the connected computers’ power supply input port need to connect with the ground.

2) How to install led display?
A: We will provide drawing of steel structure or hanging truss,then you can install led display very easy.

3) How to help client choose suitable led video wall ?
A: There are including the needs of displaying content, visible distance, requirements of cabinet resolution, requirements of installation environment, cost control.

4) What's the order procedure?
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email or mobile contact. Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 7-15days. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.
