Working principle of Single / Double Toggle Jaw Crusher Machine

The crushing mode of FIER jaw crusher is flexural extrusion type.
1. The motor drives the belt and pulley, which move the jaw up and down through an eccentric shaft.
2. When the movable jaw rises, the Angle between the bracket and the movable jaw increases, thus pushing the movable jaw towards the fixed jaw.

3. When the movable jaw descends, the Angle between the bracket and the movable jaw becomes smaller, and the movable jaw leaves the fixed jaw under the action of pull rod and spring.
