Introduction to mobile grain dryers:
-Mobile circulating grain dryer mainly consists of shaft system, heating system, power generation equipment system three parts,
-With hubs, power distribution boards and fuel in many forms, it can be moved and operated anytime, anywhere. The control panel is simple and intuitive for easy operation.
-Mobile batch cycle grain dryer integrates foreign technology, through the reasonable layout and distribution of various parts of the heating system, the drying efficiency is higher, the drying grain variety is complete.
-Start the machine, start the loading screw lift, the grain through the spiral lift feeder added to the shaft container, to fill the container, start the drying phase.
-Gradually open the recycling shutter, start the burner, start the drying phase, continuous sampling, test grain humidity. After the automatic end, cool off the grain.
-Turn off the main motor after completion and disconnect the power distribution board. The whole process is automatically and orderly, and the operation is simple
