I. Usage, working principle and technological process of the equipment

1. Usage:

WFFN2500 type emery (iron) roller rice whitener is suitable for husking and whitening of brown rice and is applied to the supporting use of processing flow in rice mill with daily production of 50-60 tons of rice.

2. Working principle:

This type of whitening chamber can be equipped with emery roller or iron roller; different processing technical is configured according to white rice precision requirement and different regional rice quality. White rice with different precision can be obtained by adjusting parameters of whitening chamber.

After entering into the whitening chamber through flow control mechanism from the feed hopper, brown rice is sent to the emery roller and goes forward helically along the surface of emery roller; the sharp emery grains on the surface of emery emery roller spins according to a certain line speed and grinds the cortex of brown rice, makes the rice grains as well as rice grains and rice huller screen rub with each other so as to realize husking and whitening, while forces the rice bran powder to separate from the rice grains and discharge from the sieve pore through the suction effect of ventilation network system. When the whitening roller is iron, rubbing and whitening should be done further for the grains of foxtail millet grinded by the emery roller to make the surface of rice grains brighter.
