Description

Rubber roller rice paddy husker machine with 2-10 ton per hour used in rice factory

Quick detail:

paddy husker is mainly used for husking process of rough rice with a high husking rate, less breakage as well as good performance of separation between rice and hulls. It has gearbox and there is no need to dismantle any more once a new roll is installed. This machine equipped with a pair of different speed rotating rubber rollers, it can squeeze and rub the paddy under a certain pressure to acheive the purpose of husking.

It uses novel fodder system,advanced timing belt transmission mode.reliable shedding plate automatic trailing rubber roller and gas-driven automatic elastic roller which make the rice roller techniques more high-efficiency and reliable.The yield per unit and technique witnesses obvious improvements.

Feature:

1. Feeding with the principle of vibration.
2. Flow rate is adjusted by the transducer.
3. Sensing device can feed on and off automatically, at the same time elastic pressure roller, adjustable roller between the pressure line.
