Working principle
Based on the whitening degree of incoming white rice and requirements to finished rice quality, as well as the rated output of the polisher, bright and white rice or clean rice (through two-stage polishing) with less rice bran will be obtained through adjusting the feed water amount in the feeding hopper seat and main shaft vent, and the distribution ratio of dampening stage and polishing stage of the polishing chamber.
