Sealless Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pump For HNO3DESCRIPTION

Fluorine lined magnetic pump is a new type of pump that applies modern magnetic mechanics principles and utilizes the magnetic transmission of permanent magnets to achieve contactless transmission of torque. When the motor drives the outer rotor (i.e. outer magnetic steel) assembly to rotate, the magnetic force line passes through the isolation sleeve to drive the inner rotor (i.e. inner magnetic steel) assembly and impeller to rotate synchronously. The flow passage components are all made of fluoroplastics, which can transport any concentration (strength) of acid, alkali For corrosive media such as oxidants, the isolation sleeve is made of special materials with high strength mechanical properties, eliminating the magnetic eddy current phenomenon in the magnetic pump. As the medium is enclosed in a stationary isolation sleeve, the purpose of no leakage pumping of the medium is achieved, and the shaft seal leakage of the mechanical transmission pump is completely solved.

Sealless Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pump For HNO3FEATURES

1. The lining of the pump, the impeller and the can are made of thermoset PFA/FEP, without impurity precipitation, suitable for transporting high-purity, highly corrosive chemical fluids;

2. The pump frame is made of ductile iron, and the flanges follow standards, high mechanical strength, can withstand heavy pipeline load;

3. The wetted parts are lined with PFA/FEP material, smooth flow channel, superior hydraulic performance, less hydraulic friction loss and high efficiency;

4. The shaft, bearing sleeve,rotor and stator are all made of SSiC, with features of high hardness, high wear resistance and high corrosion resistance;

5. The unique spiral groove design of the inner hole of the bearing sleeve makes the lubrication of the plain bearing more convenient and easier to take away the heat generated by friction during running;

6. An insert can is added to the can, so it can withstand higher system pressure, and can eliminate the heat generated by the magnetic eddy current caused by the metal sleeve;

7. The inner and outer magnets are made of NdFeB and samarium cobalt materials, and the surface of the magnet is as high as 3600 gauss, which can smoothly transmit the torque of the motor to the impeller, and will not slip under large flow conditions, and also can prevent the rotor in the impeller from contacting the rear thrust ring, thereby preventing the melting of fluoropolymer parts due to the heat generated by fiction, and ensuring the stable running of the magnetic pump in high corrosive application;

8. The whole pump adopts a back-pull-out structure, easy to maintain and replace parts, and there is no need to disassemble the pipeline.

The advantage is the use of internal and external magnetic indirect drive, completely eliminating the shaft seal of traditional centrifugal pumps. The stainless steel sleeve and fluoroplastic material isolation sleeve are used between the internal and external magnetic fields to completely isolate, thus achieving zero leakage transmission. It is more reliable for transporting flammable, explosive, volatile, and valuable liquids, and truly avoids maintenance work during use.
