Semi Automatic Rigid Box Forming Machine For Cake Match & Cosmetic Daily Necessities

Molds are composed of upper mold, middle mold, lower mold, which are divided into
Plastic mold and wooden mold according to the material mold
Ordinary mold and Son-Mother mold according to the use type of mold.
Ordinary mold is suitable for the boxes which are not folded to the end.
Son-Mother mold is suitable for boxes which are fold-to-bottom, fold-to-bottom and turned over, much thinner.
It is recommended that Son-Mother mold is conducive to returning material and boxes whose height is less than 60mm.

Features:
When we get a new box, install the box mold on the machine, input its data on the LS-F7 touch screen. Including box length, width, height, cover paper width, upper mold height, middle mold height and jackknife thickness. Then press caluate, the machine will automatically return to the starting position and move to the set position. Load up a box to check the settings and make sure everything is fine. Then the machine can start working. The whole process will take 8 minutes.
It is an ideal equipment for changable small orders.
