Adopt PLC programmable controller, photoelectric tracking system, touch screen man-machine interface, implement paper feeding, gluing, cardboard forming four corners, positioning and lamination, automatic introduction, box feeding, edge wrapping, ear folding and folding and forming actions once complete, the whole process is automated, and the production efficiency is more than ten times higher than that of traditional manual production!

Features of Rigid Box Forming Machine:
1. Automatic facial tissue feeding conveying system.

2. Hot melt adhesive automatic circulation, stirring and gluing system. (optional glue concentration automatic control device)

3. Hot-melt adhesive paper belt automatic conveying and cutting device, which can complete the four corners of the cardboard inner box at one time.

4. There is a vacuum suction fan under the conveyor belt to control the relative offset of the glued surface paper.

5. The glued surface paper and the cardboard inner box adopt hydraulic and pneumatic deviation correction devices, which can accurately position and fit, and the fit error is ±0.01mm.
