Introduction:

Cell Phone Boxes Production Line focus on making gift box, shoe box, cell phone boxes, mobile phone box, perfume boxes, which is an important parts for rigid box production. It is widely applied since 2017.

As the visual positioning has stable and high positioning accuracy than manual positioning. It has faster model changing speed than sensor positioning. The fastest setting time of visual positioning part is 7 minutes.

Nowadays, the visual positioning has been applied in the production of rigid box, gift box, shoe box, cellphone box, cosmetic box, ring box, perfume box, tea box etc.

The working model able to change by one button. The visual positioning system is able to be upgraded. Whole line able to be upgraded to fully automatic line if need.

2. Easy operation, the min setting time of change model is 7 minutes.
3. No-move camera when change box sizes.
4. Double Germany Basler ten million pixels cameras .
5. Anti-leaking gluing system.
