Introduction:

LS-450plus Visual positioning machine is a really important part for rigid box & case production, instead of the ‎hydraulic positioning, the speed and accuracy are both increased than manual positioning.

Besides, it has faster model changing speed than sensor positioning. The fastest setting time of visual positioning part is 7 minutes.

Nowadays, the visual positioning has been applied in the production of hardcover, book cover, book case, rigid box, gift box, shoe box, cellphone box, cosmetic box, Pandora ring box, jewelry box, tea box and so on.

Main features:

1. High speed: the Max speed can reach 39 pcs/min.
2. Easy operation, the min setting time of change model is 7 minutes.
3. No-move cameras when change sizes, save labor cost and time, improve efficiency.
4. Double Germany Basler cameras to make sure the accuracy (ten million pixels).
5. Dual feeding system, one button change box feeding to hardcover feeding system.
6. Anti-leaking gluing system.

  3. Bottom sucker hardcover feeding device: Special design for feeding hardcover, to avoid scraping hardcover.
