LS-450plus Cellphone Box Making Machine Which Is Easy To Change Model With Panasonic Servo Motor

Introduction:

LS-450plus Box and book cover positioning machine is a very important part for rigid box production.

As the visual positioning has stable and high positioning accuracy than manual positioning. It has faster model changing speed than sensor positioning. The fastest setting time of visual positioning part is 7 minutes. Nowadays, the visual positioning has been applied in the production of rigid box, gift box, shoe box, cellphone box, cosmetic box, ring box, jewelry box, tea box etc. It is also able to positioning the hardcover, some customer able to using visual positioning for small case order.

LS-450plus is a dual functional visual positioning machine. It is able to positioning the rigid box and hardcover. The working model able to change by one button. The visual positioning system is able to be upgrade. Whole line able to be upgraded to fully automatic line if need.

1. High speed, Max speed is 38 pcs/min.
2. Easy operating, time for change model is 7 minutes.
3. Don't need to change cameras when change sizes.
4. Double ten million pixels Germany Basler cameras.
5. Two feeding systems, one for box feeding and one for hard cover feeding.
6. Anti-leaking gluing system.
7. Storage function for the positioning part, easy to adjust.

  2. Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pump: Applied in white glue pumping
  3. Bottom sucker hardcover feeding device: Special design for feeding several cases, to avoid scraping hardcover.
