This deck of playing card is made of SGS 300gsm white core paper/coated paper with standard playing card size 63*88mm,round corner, the surfaces are with matt varnishing handling effect, different faces but with the same backside design, 52 numbers + 2 jokers total 54cards per deck pack in a custom tuck box . The tuck box is CMYK printed by 250gsm C1S paper with matt lamination .

2. Each department has two QC to random inspect the production lines and the finished products.

Factory Inspection Method And Procedure

1. Factory must keep all the record when inspect the goods, the inspection record should be including the style No./Color/inspection date/defected/quantity/pass or not ;

2. Factory must control the evaluation standard for every batch to ensure the materials are good before proceeding the mass production;

3. Random check the printing quality in-line and 100% take inspection after finishing.
