1119kw customized cutter suction dredger
Cutter suction dredger
The cutter suction dredger uses a rotating cutter head to cut the hard soil into pieces. The material is sucked up by the dredging pump and discharged to the sedimentation area through pipelines across sea and land. In some cases, a split bucket barge parked next to a cutter suction dredger transports the soil to the sedimentation area to unload it there.
In operation, the cutter suction dredger is a stationary dredger. During the dredging work, the pegs are put down on the seabed to secure the ship. As a result, it was kept in the same position, but by using a winch and anchor, the dredger swung to the side and the cutter head cut and cleared the soil. Many of Huanglou's dredges are self-propelled, allowing them to move from one position to another under their own power.

Main feature
Replaceable teeth
The cutter teeth are fixed on the cutter head by bolt connection. Therefore, depending on the material to be dredged, they can be easily interchanged between the three different types, or replaced when worn.
Tiltable pile
The dredger has pegs, which can be manually tilted and fixed to the deck. This design ensures easy storage and movement of the dredger, and facilitates road transportation on the water and on flatbed trucks.
Submersible dredge pump
The CSD 250 achieves high productivity with its hydraulically driven submersible dredging pump, which has a higher density mixture pumping flow compared to the pump installed in the pontoon.
Hydraulic propulsion
The hydraulic thruster of the cutter suction ECO 250 is installed on the back of the pontoon. This makes it easy to maneuver around the sparse area without supporting the boat and additional costs.
Scalable depth
The maximum dredging depth of the cutter suction dredger ECO 250 is 6m, and the dredging depth can be extended to 12m with an additional adapter located between the dredging pump and the cutter head system.
Shallow draft
The CSD 250 is designed to have three pontoons, one in the center and each on one side. The pontoon has a floating capacity and can reach a draft of 0.75m. This allows the dredger to operate in shallow water.
Our dredges are designed to excavate and transport soil materials of varying densities ranging from fine sand and clay to gravel. In addition, we can also customize the dredger according to your specific project needs. Therefore, we can provide dredgers suitable for various applications, such as:
Maintenance and dredging – Remove sediments from existing riverbeds and channels to maintain proper water depth. As a result, the gateway remains open for safe navigation and flood control.
Capital diversification-build new ports, expand ports, basins, docks, etc. as needed to maintain successful trade and economy.
Environmental Removal-Removal of contaminated soil through precise, low-turbidity removal to improve the environment and prevent the spread of pollutants.
