1.WORKING PRINCIPLE

The draft of bucket chain diamond dredger is usually less than 1 meters.So it is very easy for the diamond dredger to engough floating force to float on the river. When it starts to work,the operator will slowly lay down the dredging arms into the river.

The buckets rotate around the underwater 4-angle wheel, dredging up the soilds of the riverbed, then dump into the classifying trommel which will be covered with single layer or double layer screens. The trommel screen will separate off the gravels, clay balls, grass and branches off sand. All the raw material sand with stones,gold and diamond will come into the pulsating jigger. We will select the gold or diamond by jigger based on the gravity difference.

The discharge system could be divided into single-discharge, multi-conveyor belts or chute.
