Intro:

It is programmable, the operator can set quantity, bag length, and other parameters easily by pressing LCD touch panel. For one machine, the bag width should be same, length is adjustable.

Vibration feeder bowl is optional. We can make various feeder bowls for different parts, like screws, wahser, nuts, etc

Suitable:

For packing various small parts: hardware fittings, plastic parts, screws, electronic components, Lighting accessories package,bathroom accessories package, furniture accessories package,etc

Available film width: 80-320MM,

Bag height: 55-130MM(If exceeds, need second dragging film),

Packing film should be single-side adhesive, DEPP or CPP, film thickness: 0.04-0.08MM

Features:

This machine can be equiped with vibration feeder bowls. Without feeder bowl, operator can put components into hopper, press foot swtich, then pack parts.
