Feature description:

1. This equipment realizes automatic wire separation, cutting and stripping, terminal crimping and shelling at both ends, and the rear end can switch between terminal crimping/tail twisting, tinning, winding and tying, and integrates quality control in one continuous automated processing;

2. Suitable for processing various wire materials such as flat wires and electronic wires. Very few parts are required to replace plastic shells of different specifications, which is convenient for changing and easy to operate;

4. Optional: terminal pressure management device, CCD visual inspection (core wire inspection, terminal detection, shell penetration detection), automatic distinction between good and bad products, worry-free operation, quality assurance;
