Features:

1. Using a unique cutting method, the circuit board cutting is completed by six blades, and the upper and lower blades form a group to form a cutting unit. There are three groups, namely A, B, and C. The entire cutting process is divided into three stages. The A group of blades first cuts 40% of the circuit board, and then the B group of blades rolls over the groove cut by the A blade again, and completes the 40% cutting again. The remaining 20% ​​is cut by the C group of blades and polished. Since the cutting amount is small each time, the stress generated during the cutting process is reduced by more than 80% compared with the traditional one-time cutting method. The edges of the cut circuit board are smooth and the board surface is flat, without twisting or warping. The machine ensures that the aluminum substrate is not deformed after cutting.

2. The cutting process is smooth, which improves the positioning ability of the V-CUT groove. Even if the V-CUT groove is very shallow, the V-CUT groove will not jump out of the guide knife, avoiding the production of defective products.
