Intro:

RS-904AI is an automatic axial lead cutting machine. It can work for tape or loose package resistors, diodes, fuse. Cutting blade is adjustable, can cut leads to shortest 3.0mm.


NOTE: For Thermal Control Fuse with long/short leg,we can customize vibration bowl to distinguish fuse long and short leg.

Efficiency Bulk material: 3000-3600PCS/H
Suitable for cutting the pins of axial components of bulk fuses, the pin wire diameter is 1.0mm.
Parameters The minimum cutting length is 3mm±0.3mm.
Wire diameter iron pin 0.35-0.8mm, copper pin 0.35-1.0mm, determined according to actual materials.
Function

After cutting, the length of the legs can be the same at both ends, or one can be longer and the other shorter.

Features:

1.Can work for both loose and tape&reel axial components. For loose components, vibration bowl can feed components automatically.

2. Customized vibration feeder bowl, can distinguish fuse long and short leg.

3. Cutting blade is adjustable, can cut leads to same length or different length.
