RO plant Precautions when operating pure water equipment
1. Prevent the filter material from entering the reverse osmosis device: Select a suitable filter water outlet device to prevent the filter from
leaking sand and leaking activated carbon; select a suitable activated carbon to prevent powder removal during use.
2. Establish an independent water supply system for large-scale pure water equipment with tap water as the water source, which can ensure the
stable operation of the water supply system and reduce the instantaneous impact on the water supply pipe network of the whole plant when the
RO system starts and stops. When the RO unit draws water directly from the raw water pipe network, high and low voltage protection facilities
should be installed, as most of the water pipe network pressure fluctuates greatly.
3. First consider the compatibility between the agent and the agent, and secondly consider the compatibility of the agent with the film material.
For example, coagulants, coagulants, bactericides, reducing agents and scale inhibitors are often used in RO systems. Since limbs in natural
water are generally negatively charged, positively charged cationic coagulants are typically used. In order to prevent fouling of the R0 device,
the inlet of the RO is almost always considered to be a measure of adding a scale inhibitor, and these scale inhibitors are almost all negatively
charged. Therefore, the cationic coagulant should be prevented from reacting with the anionic scale inhibitor to prevent the colloidal compound
formed by the reaction from depositing on the membrane surface.
