1500LPH RO Water Treatment Plant For Purified Water Dialysis / Hospital

Is a kind of single stage reverse osmosis equipment by means of choice through (through) membrane function to pressure as the driving force

of membrane separation technology, when system and the pressure is greater than in the aqueous solution of osmotic pressure, the water

molecules through the membrane unceasingly, after producing water flows into the central tube, and then out in the end the impurities in the

water, such as ion, organic matters, such as bacteria, viruses, interception on the inlet side of the membrane, and then in the thick water

outflow water end, so as to achieve separation and purification.

Cleaning method of single-stage reverse osmosis equipment:

It is generally cleaned once every 3~12 months. If it has to be cleaned once every month, it indicates that the pretreatment system should be

improved and the operation parameters should be adjusted.


If cleaning is needed once every 1 to 3 months, the operation level of the equipment needs to be improved, and it is difficult to determine

whether the pretreatment system needs to be improved.

Process flow:

Raw water → raw water tank → raw water pump → multi-medium filter (quartz sand filter) → activated carbon filter → soft water processor

(add scale inhibitor device) → precision filter → high pressure pump → primary reverse osmosis (RO) device → ULTRAVIOLET sterilization

device (ozone sterilization device) → water point.
