The pure water outlet pipe of the secondary RO unit is connected to the inlet of the EDI booster pump of the EDI system.

Water flow of Two-stage RO+EDI System:
Ultra-pure water equipment (two-stage RO+EDI system) system main process quartz sand filtration→activated carbon filtration→scale inhibitor system→security filter→first-order reverse osmosis→alkali system→secondary reverse osmosis system→intermediate water tank→EDI System → ultrapure water supply system.
Pretreatment system The pretreatment system adopts sand filter + carbon filter + scale inhibitor process, which is mainly used to remove suspended solids, colloidal silicon, organic matter, residual chlorine and other impurities contained in raw water to prevent raw water pollution reverse osmosis membrane.
Reverse osmosis system The main desalination device is mainly used to remove most of the organic and inorganic salts in the raw water, dissolved solids, colloidal silicon and organic matter, microorganisms and other impurities that affect water quality.
