Notice in using Bulk Cement Tank Transportation Truck
1. Do not run at over-speed and overpressure when driving a bulk cement truck. Over-speed and overpressure will seriously damage the air compressor.
2. Do not start or stop the air compressor quickly. Instead, increase or decrease the speed slowly. Otherwise, the pressure will damage the air compressor.
3. Do not change the rotation direction of the air compressor, otherwise, the oil pump will not supply oil will seriously damage the machine.
4. Do not stop the air compressor before decompression, otherwise, the powder and granular materials may flow back into the cylinder, causing serious damage to the air compressor.
5. Check the oil level before starting. The oil level must not be lower than the lower limit of the oil standard; it is often necessary to check whether the oil pump is supplying oil. If it does not supply oil, it should be stopped immediately for inspection, otherwise the lack of oil will seriously damage the compressor.
6. It is necessary to replace the lubricant on schedule. After using the new machine for 30 hours, drain the oil from the crankcase, clean the interior of the crankcase and the oil filter, and then change the oil. After that, change the oil once a year as described above.
7. Check and clean the oil strainer. Under normal circumstances, check and clean once a quarter. If the machine usage is high, check and clean once a month.
8. It is forbidden to mix lubricants of different brands, otherwise the deterioration of the lubricant will affect the lubrication effect.
9. Maintain and clean the air filter every 30 hours of work. While rotating the filter element, the compressed air with a pressure of less than 0.6 MPa is blown from the inside to the outside. After five times of maintenance, replace with a new filter element. Never use oil or water to clean the filter element.
