Ordinary gypsum powder mainly refers to natural gypsum, desulfurized gypsum, phosphogypsum, gypsum citrate, fluorine gypsum and other industrial by-products gypsum, generally in the form of dihydrate gypsum (CaSO4.2H2O); Desulphurized gypsum and phosphogypsum are widely used. Desulphurized gypsum and phosphogypsum contain high water adhesion, desulphurized gypsum contains excess chloride ion compounds, phosphogypsum contains residual phosphate, sodium and fluorine and chloride ion compounds, these characteristics directly determine the diversity of production line equipment, production process integrity and process personalized design. After years of research and development, the company has developed an industrial by-product gypsum powder production line combining energy-saving, environmental protection two-step method and low and ultra-low temperature calcination, and has done a lot of technical research on the production line raw material treatment, drying, screening, calcination, homogenizing cooling, modification, multi-heat source utilization, automatic control and quality inspection systems. In 2004, the first domestic 300,000-ton/year natural gypsum powder production line was built, the first domestic 2* 350,000 tons/year phosphogypsum powder production line was built in 2017, the first domestic 400,000-ton/year desulfurized gypsum powder production line was built in 2019, and the first domestic single line 500,000-ton/year phosphogypsum powder production line was built in 2022.

4, the whole line of negative pressure operation, drying, calcination dust removal using three-level dust removal system, grinding, packaging, warehouse top using low-pressure high-flow pulse dust removal equipment, after the treatment of exhaust emissions in line with regional environmental protection standards;
5, the production line equipment part uses 20G, ND steel, 16Mn, ND steel, S304, S306L and other special materials; The paint used for the equipment is high temperature resistant and corrosion resistant special paint, and the equipment adopts sand blasting and nano ceramic anti-corrosion measures. The service life of the whole production line is increased by more than 2 times;
