Thermoplastic applicator is one of the main equipment for the construction of thermoplastic road line marking. the powder thermoplastic paint is heated and stirred inside thermoplastic applicator to become liquid, and then the liquid paint put into the marking machine for marking construction purpose. The melting level of paint is directly related to the road line marking quality, so the thermoplastic applicator is the key component of the thermoplastic line marking equipment and an indispensable part of the paint melting. The thermoplastic applicator is usually suitable for various thermoplastic marking projects such as parking lot, urban road surface and national and provincial road surface.

1. Stainless steel cylinder block and alloy high-carbon steel pot bottom are adopted. Thermal insulation material is installed between inner liner and outer cover plate of the kettle.

2. thermoplastic kettle with two cylinders running independently can heat two kinds of paints at the same time. Vertical paddle mixer ensures more uniform melting of paints.

Fuel-fired and gas-fired heating systems can choose combustion modes which are beneficial to construction according to the external climate conditions and needs, so as to make fuel addition more flexible and economical. For example, fuel-fired heating systems are not easily affected by wind, and the melting materials are faster and more efficient, and can adapt to various construction environments such as strong wind and high altitude.
