Project management and process planning team
Responsibility assigned to all departments and individuals. Strictly standardize and monitor every process, also multiple actions took to meet every requirements. On-site integration uses project information board with visual management to quickly respond to any unexpected problems. Emergency preventive plan prepared for the unexpected conditions. The professionally qualified safety engineer manages the safety work during the implementation of the project.

Electrical Team
Comprehensive engineers for electrical hardware design, software programming, robots’ configuration, teaching and other comprehensive technical ability.
Ability to use the control systems of MISTUBISHI, ORMON, SIEMENS, ROCKWELL, SCHNEIDER and other brands to program and debug.
Skilled in the operation and debugging of industrial robots such as FAUNC, YASKAWA, OTC, PANASONIC, NACHI and ABB.
Manufacturing and site setup team
Manufacturing and on-site setting team has 80 machining personnel, 80 assembly personnel and 30 on-site setting personnel. Among which, 20 people participated in large project experience, and with 50 long-term cooperative outsourcing personnel, fully guaranteeing the manufacturing resources of large and small projects and the prompt handling of unexpected problems.

2016 -- Kehui Technology's thin-film automated welding technology successfully solved international problems
2015 -- June, participated Shanghai New International Expo Center "The 20th Beijing-Essen Welding and Cutting Exhibition".
2014 -- October 29, officially joined the Henan Province Robot Industry Alliance as a vice chairman unit.
2014 -- Realization of the listing of the new OTC market, the project of 1000 sets of robot annual production was basically completed, and became the vice chairman unit of the Henan Robot Industry Alliance, providing users with welding automation solutions based on special welding robots and standard welding robots. Proposed the goal of building a robot billion project.
2013 -- Successfully developed the U-tube automatic welding machine and became the supporting unit of the "Intelligent Welding Automation Henan Provincial Key Laboratory".
2012 -- Successfully developed KHGL vertical ring seam automatic welding machine, and began construction of "1000 sets of intelligent welding robots per year" project, and became the support unit of "Zhengzhou Intelligent Welding Automation Equipment Engineering Research Center".
2011 -- Successfully developed six products of KHGC series and successfully developed automatic welding machine for head welding. The company carried out a shareholding system transformation. And was recognized as a national high-tech enterprise. The "Intelligent Cooling Media Analyzer" project was supported by the Innovation Fund of the Ministry of Science and Technology.
2010 -- Started the research and development of KHGC series products and successfully developed KHGC12 products.
2009 -- Completed the upgrade and transformation of all products of the company, uniformly named as A-type upgrade and transformation products; obtained two national technology patents.
2008 -- Conducted research on intelligent quenching medium cooling performance detection system and developed KHR-A portable quenching tester. Acquired seven national patents and four software copyrights.
2007 -- Established and developed a saddle-shaped tube-tube sheet automatic pulse orbital welding equipment (dedicated robot) for the inner wall of the boiler pressure vessel. This product filled the domestic blank. In the same year, the project research on medium and thick wall saddle submerged arc welding robot was carried out.
2006 -- Developed two green environmentally friendly heat-treated water-based polymer quenching media of KHP series. In the same year, KHGT desktop automatic tube-tube butt welding equipment was also successfully developed. Conducted research and development of saddle-shaped tube-tube sheet automatic pulse orbital welding equipment (dedicated robot) for the inner wall of the boiler pressure vessel.
2005 - Successfully developed a KHGK140-230 modular tube-tube full position pulse argon arc welding machine for field pipeline construction. Developed quenching oil for heat treatment of six products of KHO series. In the same year, the development of KHP series water-based polymer quenching agent began.
2004 -- Started the development of special quenching oil for KHO series. This year, the company passed the ISO9001 international quality system certification, and was recognized as a high-tech enterprise in Henan Province by Henan Science and Technology Department.
2003 -- The company moved to Zhengzhou National High-tech Industrial Development Zone and successfully developed KHGK16-40 Tube-Tube Automatic Orbital Welding Machine.
2002 -- Developed a new generation of KHGK tube-tube automatic orbital welding machine series products, and successfully developed KHGK36-90 tube-tube automatic orbital welding machine.
2001 -- Developed a new generation of KHBL8-80 products.
2000 - Started research and development of a new generation of KHBL8-80 three-dimensional adjustable gantry-tube-tube plate automatic pulse argon arc welding machine.
1999 -- Developed a new generation of KHB12-80 Tube to tube sheet automatic Pulse orbital welding machine. The welding machine adopts compact design and all indexes meet or exceed imported products.
1998 -- Development of a new generation of tube-tube plate automatic pulse argon arc welding machine.
1997 -- Developed a successful KHT intelligent thermal process control system for a nuclear physics research unit in Mianyang, Sichuan, and contributed to the experiment of nuclear material cold and hot process in China.
1996 -- The company was established and successfully developed a KHR portable cooling medium performance tester that fills the domestic blank and replaced imports. This had ended the dependence of this product on imports and saved a lot of foreign exchange for the country.

a) While trail production, a professional technical service team will be assigned to work together with the service technicians to discover and rectify the equipment, process or quality problems that occurred during the trial production.
b) One year quality guaranty from the date of machine/plant final acceptance.
3. During the warranty period, we take fully responsibility for any equipment malfunction caused by improper design, original quality or process problems. Machine maintenance, components replacement, process update will be conducted for free.
4. During the warranty period, after-sales service team provides full tracking service, providing on-site feedback within 6 hours and arriving at the site within 24 hours.
