Tool chisel 135mm SB70 SB81N Hydraulic breaker for iran market infrastructure projects construciton mining rock break
What is the excavator attachment for breaking rocks?
Excavator jack hammers are impact devices designed to break any kind of rock or concrete with any hardness or physical property
What is a hydraulic breaker on an excavator?
Hydraulic Hammers/Breakers
Used in mining, quarries, excavation, and demolition, the hammer/breaker is brought in to chip away at large boulders or existing concrete structures. There are times when blasting is used to remove obstacles or breakthrough thick layers of rock, but hammers offer a more controlled process.
Chisel tool for hydraulic breaker Soosan SB70 = 135 mm, after market tool
Chisel tools have been designed for general breaking.
Due to excellent penetration and good wedge effect it has numerous applications, such as:
Concrete: Reinforced floors, walls, foundations, blocks, columns, support
Sedimentary rock (limestone, sandstone, graywacke, calcareus sediment): Trenching, foundation work (Heavily fissured)
Crystalline/magmatic rock (magma, greenstone, gabbro, granite...): Trenching, foundation work, primary quarry breaking (Heavily fissured)
Asphalt: Road surfaces, transport routes
Soil: Frozen ground
Feature
1. Material: 42 CrMo ,20crmo
2. CNC machine to make it more accuracy
3. Full controlled Capacity for whole process of heat treatment
4. All QC data was recorded and kept for about 2 years, to make it tracking easily.
5. Quality Assurance
6. Special process to ensure the hardness of the whole chisel, which is well proportioned. (Integral, quenching, segmented
tempering)
7. Generally paint spraying two or three layers, instead of just ignoring this process directly or just spraying one layer.
How to choose chisel tool
The chisel is wearing part of a hydraulic hammer breaker. The tip of chisel would be worn during the working process, it is mainly used in ore, roadbed, concrete, ship, slag, etc working site. It is necessary to pay attention to the daily maintenance, such as the inner and outer bushes replacement and grease supplement. Otherwise, the chisel would be broken. So the correct selection and use of chisel is the key to hydraulic hammer breaker loss reduction.
Selection Guide of chisel
1. Flat / Wedge chisel: suitable for soft and neutral layer rocks excavation, concrete breaking, and excavation of ditches.
2. Moil point chisel: suitable for hard stone, extra hard rock, and reinforced concrete excavation and broken.
3. Conical chisel: mainly used in breaking tough rocks, such as granite, and quartzite in quarry, also used for breaking heavy and thickened concrete.
4. Blunt chisel: mainly used in breaking medium-hard rocks or small cracked stones to make them smaller
