Select the normal working parameters of the rock drill: for the rock drill whose parameters (impact pressure, impact power, impact frequency, propulsion force and rotation speed) are adjustable, it is necessary to ensure that the large impact work corresponds to the large size of the drill rod, and the small impact work corresponds to the small size of the drill rod; otherwise, it is easy to cause the early failure of the drill tail and supporting tools;

3. Before each shift (or regularly), special inspection should be carried out on the bit tail to see if there is any phenomenon of blasting and piling on the top, whether there is any crack or serious thread wear. The above situation should be replaced in time.
