Smart Rock Balsting Drilling Rig Driven By 70/74Kw YUCHAI / CUMMINSThe JC900 hydraulic down-the-hole drilling rig surpasses its previous generation in terms of performance. Its structure has been fully optimized resulting in a lower drilling footage cost and a more user-friendly design. The power unit for this rig is the diesel engine (electric motor)-hydraulic oil pump set; while the hydraulic motor is responsible for movements such as drilling, feeding, lifting, walking and hydraulic cylinder positioning.

One of the remarkable features of the JC900 is its large rotating torque. This rig also boasts of a new planetary gearbox, which is more compact, has a larger reduction ratio and higher torque transmission efficiency, allowing for smoother operation. Because it does not require other components for shock absorption, such as damping points, it also has a lower failure rate and reduces daily maintenance costs. Additionally, the unconsolidated layer is not easy to jam resulting a higher hole formation rate.

The imported rotary seals have excellent sealing performance and a long life span. This rig also has a polymer liner that is wear-resistant, does not require lubrication and is more convenient to use. On the other hand, the manganese steel guide rail ensures that the frame is firm and wear-free.

The rotary seals of this drilling rig are imported and offer excellent sealing performance and long lifespan. The wear-resistant polymer liner eliminates the need for lubrication, making it more convenient to use. Additionally, the machine is equipped with a manganese steel guide rail with a firm and wear-free frame.

The walking motor can also be equipped with an unpowered unlocking system for added convenience.
