Flange Plastic Housings With Stainless Steel Insert Bearing 2 Bolt SSBLFPL 201

Waterproof housing bearing units of the SSBFLPL series consist of a corrosion-resistant, lightweight flanged housing, a bearing insert SB with an inner ring extended on one side including grub screws for mounting fixing fixing on a shaft. The housing units are sealed with a rotary shaft seal (NBR) on the back. Of course, we also offer the matching waterproof protective caps, optionally in open or closed design.

Features:

• Consisting of a stainless steel bearing insert and a plastic (thermoplastic) housing.
• The design as a two-hole flange bearing allows installation in a wide range of applications.
• The housing is made of plastic, lightweight, hygienic, corrosion-resistant, damping, non-magnetic and waterproof.
• The stainless steel bearing insert is also corrosion-resistant and has an extended inner ring with grub screws.
• The flange bearing is fixed to the shaft with two grub screws
• Smooth running and good behaviour in case of tilting due to the extended inner ring
• Static misalignments can be compensated up to an angle of ±2.5°.
• Equipped with a water-proof rubber seal of the type BASL on the back, which reliably seals the shaft. The mainspring ensures additional pressure of the lip against the shaft.
• Lubricated for life: relubrication is not necessary under normal operating conditions
• With integrated grease nipple for convenient relubrication of the bearing insert if difficult operating conditions make relubrication necessary
• The addition of a waterproof protective cap reliably protects the bearing from environmental influences such as dust, dirt or splash water
• Ideal for applications in humid conditions, contact with water, alkaline or acidic solutions
• Application in a wide range of industries e.g. feed processing, canning, bottling, pharmaceutical industry, chemical processing, photographic industry
