Uncoiler System
The adjustment of the uncoiler is completed by pushing and pulling the hydraulic cylinder and moving it in a straight line on the guide rail. This function is used in the production line center adjustment and change of plate type specifications.
Loading Cart
The loading cart can stop at any time when moving laterally and lifting up and down, and it has self-locking position protection when parking.
Forming System
The forming machine system consists of an upper forming machine, a lower forming machine, a pressing machine platform placed on the upper pressing machine, and an upper and lower interface track connecting the forming machine with the preheating furnace.
Plate Preheating Furnace
The heating method of preheating a furnace is heating tube heating. The heat source heats the air through the heating tube, and this hot air uniformly heats the steel plate. The hot air in the preheating furnace establishes a heat cycle by itself, and the temperature of the hot air can be adjusted.
Double Crawler System
The function of the upper and lower crawler is mainly to overcome the foaming pressure generated by polyurethane foam to cure and form, and determine the thickness of the composite plate and the speed of the production line; The function of the sideband is to overcome the transverse expansion force generated by polyurethane foam, determine the width of the composite plate, and play a precise guiding role in the production process of the composite plate; As an active mold for continuous operation, the double track needs to avoid plate deformities and surface scratches to ensure high-quality composite plates.
Cutting System
The main function of the band saw machine is to automatically measure the length of the board according to the required board length and set the corresponding parameters by the user. The band saw machine automatically cuts the continuous finished board without stopping the production line. It also absorbs the dust generated during cutting.
