The automatic C/Z purlin roll forming machine allows for the production of various C and Z purlin specifications with the same set of equipment through seamless and automatic adjustments, eliminating the need to change forming rollers. The production process is fully automated, enabling precise punching, cutting, and forming based on input parameters such as purlin length, longitudinal hole distance, and quantity.

Levelling Device
The leveling machine comprises a plate feeding device, a driving roller, an adjustable guide device on both sides and a leveling roller. It is driven by a single motor slightly slower than the main drive motor.
