Shipment:
The door skeleton truss will be cut into three pieces, to load it into 40-foot container. To make loading and unloading easier, a 40-foot Top-open container is suggested to use. The goods will be loaded and unloaded from the top of container, as shown in following photos.
Installation:
The segments of truss will be assembled at site. Totally it takes 45 days with 30 local workers to install this door. And we can send our engineers to site to guide the whole installation process of the door. One of them can speak English.

1.3. Omron Safety sensor is installed onto the end of steel cord for safety.
1.4. Stopper is installed onto the roller to control opening and closing limit.
1.5. Two lifting points are made at the bottom skeleton for emergency hoisting in case of system failure.

2.1. When not working, the control system can keep motor self-locking .
2.2. In-built stopper control the opening and closing at the set limit of top and bottom.
2.3 . Two control boxes for one door, installed at both outside and inside . And optic alarm is installed on the control box.

3. Door body:
3.1. composed of horizontal skeleton, top skeleton and bottom skeleton. And bottom skeleton is covered with PVC fabric for seal structure. Columns and beams of two sides and top is covered with color steel tile as seal.
3.2. panel thickness: total 400mm, made of double layer high-strength PVC fabric, middle is horizontal steel skeleton to enforce the panel.
