Eco-friendly Premium Insulated Sectional Overhead Industrial Lifting PU Door

High density door panel

Advance industry sectional door panel structure is adopted with polyurethane foam filled inside and color steel panel packed outside. Non-contact design is adopted to effectively prevent the internal and external transmission of heat and ensure the sealing. The product has the features of no dust, high stability, easy to clean, good insulation performance and strong anti-oxidation, wind-proof and impact resistance.

Stable and efficient balancing system

Advance industrial sectional door use high quality European professional control system with 65 button spring balance system to ensure the door power and stable control system.


Safety Guard

1. Airbags in bottom raid of the industrial sectional door: the door will automatically rise or stop when encountering obstacles to avoid accidents.

2. Anti wire rope breaking device: when the wire rope breaks by accident, the device can effectively prevent the door from falling by clamping the rail.

3. Anti torsion spring break safety device: the device will lock the torsion spring shaft in case of breaking and the door panel will be pilled by the wired rope to avoid accident.

4. The semi closed side guide rail hand guard design prevents hands and foreign matters from entering the rails

5. The safety flash lamp will flicker to remind the passing vehicles and personnel when the door is opening and closing.
